Employees at our Richmond, Virginia, manufacturing plant are able to shear, brake, roll and profile 12 to 22 gauge sheet metal and coil goods in widths from 18 to 144 inches.
ColonialWebb Contractors produces 60,000 to 75,000 pounds per week of standard and specialized sheet metal. We utilize galvanized, black iron, aluminum, and stainless sheet metal for many uses including commercial fabrication, industrial fabrication, AHU housings, and custom fabrication. Installation integrity is ensured through the use of clean and moisture-free duct, properly fastened duct liner, and minimal duct leakage.
Our automated coil line and computerized plasma tables assure maximum production at minimum costs. We meet and exceed the high standards set by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) for duct fabrication, including welded stainless and carbon steel.
