Consider the following:
- The stainless and carbon steel pipe, fittings and welding materials we use for our clients are stored indoors to ensure proper storage and cleanliness levels.
- We can manufacture and preassemble headers with their associated valve stations on pipe stands or on structural supports. These pieces can connect to new or existing equipment.
- We can apply corrosion preventative and color identification primer – either sprayed or hand painted – in our climate-controlled, indoor facility.
- After painting, we can insulate the pipe, apply a vapor barrier and apply any required PVC or metal covering.
- By prefabricating large sections of a refrigeration system, we cut down on the number of welds required in the field at a job site. This approach also increases the quality of pipefitting and welded joints.
- After professionally assembling the refrigeration system’s individual sections, we place the entire assembly on a flatbed truck using overhead cranes.
- With our own fleet of trucks, we can schedule delivery and immediate installation.
