Project:
Building 1100 Administration Building, Virginia

The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors holds considerable experience working in classified environments that require a high-level security clearance. In recognition of our reputation, the client entrusted us with renovation projects in its training and administration facility.

The building required occupancy at all times and disruptions could not tolerated.

Our Approach:
ColonialWebb coordinated its plans with the building’s tenants and performed duties at night and on the weekends.

We removed and replaced three air handling units, pumps and associated piping, and all electrical switch plates. We also installed a new DDC control system to monitor the facility.

In-house personnel performed all duties associated with the HVAC and electrical projects. Subcontractors handled testing and balancing, control, electrical site utilities, insulation as well as crane and rigging.
