The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors furnished mechanical and plumbing construction services for a shell building that houses administrative, legal and medical offices. The client constructed a three-story, 60,000 square-foot building to handle the specific needs for the various types of tenants.
Our Approach:
ColonialWebb accommodated the assorted needs by working closely with each tenant to revise or add elements in the mechanical or plumbing design of the shell building. In some cases, we provided revisions to already completed spaces.
In this type of project, our commitment to remain flexible with changing requirements of our customers was paramount.
