The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors installed all elements of a central plant under the parameters of preserving the “Jeffersonian” look of the building while providing modern-day indoor comforts.
Our Approach:
To fulfill the project, ColonialWebb set in place:
- 1,200 tons of cooling with water side economizer
- Distribution piping to central station air handling units
- Special humidity controls for the school’s library
- Integral diffusers in the ornate wooden trim throughout the facility
Working closely with school officials, ColonialWebb completed the project in a timely fashion and within budget.
