The Challenge:
During summer 2004, while visiting VMI a ColonialWebb Contractors account executive learned that the school’s sole HVAC technician had left and its main plumber had suffered a heart attack. The account executive immediately offered our services to keep the school’s facilities operational.
Our Approach:
The next day, ColonialWebb provided a qualified HVAC technician and master plumber to perform emergency and normal repairs. Thanks to the quick reaction of our account executive and the prompt response of ColonialWebb, VMI did not have to disrupt any class schedules.
VMI then awarded ColonialWebb with a contract to provide HVAC preventive maintenance work for the campus.
