The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors was hired to provide a complete refrigeration system for a new cheesecake production facility.
Our Approach:
ColonialWebb personnel designed and constructed the refrigeration system that incorporated insulated panels and doors.
The system included an updated ammonia refrigeration structure, blast chillers and freezers that maintain temperatures to -40 degrees.
We worked in close association with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, plant operators, general contractors and subcontractors to guarantee the project was completed on time and within budget.
