The Challenge:
Replace the old HVAC system with an increased capacity system to keep up with current and future production.
Our Approach:
To satisfy the plant’s needs, ColonialWebb successfully installed two new 60-ton air handling systems. We designed each handler with 100 percent outside air, which is then filtered to 99 percent efficiency and conditioned as necessary.
The air handlers are fed chilled water through coils from the central chilled water plant. We placed temperature and humidity controls on the system to precisely manage the environmental conditions.
