Sheraton Hotel at Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), Linthicum Heights, Maryland
The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors will provide all plumbing and HVAC work for the new six-story hotel, set for completion in September 2006.
Our Approach:
ColonialWebb will develop a comprehensive plan to address all its areas of responsibility: 203 guest rooms, conference space, kitchen, pool, bar and clubhouse. We will install:
- A total of 10 RTUs both continuant and variable volumes
- Four gas-fired Aaon RTUs
- Six Trane RTUs
