The Nolde Bakery Lofts was a bakery in downtown Richmond, Virginia, that stood empty for years while it continued to serve up memories of food and good times for many city residents. Instead of demolishing the structure, developers converted the large space into condominiums.
For all 77 units, we manufactured a module for each condo’s mechanical closet. The steel frame supported a 40-gallon hot water heater on the bottom and a small air handling unit on the top.
