The Challenge:
ColonialWebb Contractors and Capital One have a long and successful history of working together.
Beginning in 1998 with a Risk Operations Center through the 2005 completion of its sprawling West Creek campus in Goochland County, we have completed a total of 17 mechanical contracts for this customer’s office building needs.
Our Approach:
As a mechanical contractor, ColonialWebb completed more than 1,638,000 square-feet of new construction and more than 50,000 square-feet of renovation work. We installed approximately:
- 65 RTUs
- 1,633 VAV boxes
- 100 fans
- 50 AHUs
- 2,575 grilles, registers and diffusers.
We have fulfilled all of our contracts with Capital One on time and within budget.
