Recently, we were asked to repair a water leak at an 18-story building downtown. Water was dripping into a tenant space, ruining ceiling tile and carpet and causing a disruption to business.
We arrived within the hour and found a pin-hole leak in a steam coil in the AC unit on the floor above. The escaping steam was condensing into water, pooling on the floor and then finding its way through the concrete to the ceiling space below. Though it was a minor repair for us, the issue was certainly not minor to the tenant or building managers.
This is just one example of how ColonialWebb’s quick response and customer care kept a small problem from becoming much bigger.
