The Challenge:
Constructed atop a seven-story parking garage, the $42.8 million project is a training facility for the Washington Capitals hockey team. The 137,000 square-foot building will include two indoor NHL-sized ice rinks. Nearly 200 additional parking spaces also are part of the plan.
Our Approach:
In 2006, ColonialWebb is furnishing and installing seven rooftop air conditioning systems, 27 exhaust and supply fans, all related ductwork, and automatic temperature controls. We also are installing four roof-mounted dehumidification units.
