The Challenge:
The sporting apparel store, located inside Lynnhaven Mall, selected ColonialWebb Contractors to install mechanical and electrical systems in its 117,000 square-foot facility.
Our Approach:
ColonialWebb installed a mechanical system that entailed three 40-ton RTUs and curbs. Our technicians tied in the new system with Lindab gasketed spiral duct and fittings, duct dampers, Titus grilles and diffusers, and two roof fans.
We reworked the electrical system throughout the space to accommodate our installation of special lighting.
Our electricians and mechanics worked closely with the general contractor to complement the fast-track construction schedule. We completed the four-and-a-half-month project on time and within budget – ready for the store’s grand opening.
